Shipping Policy:

At Open Label Nutrition, we offer free shipping for all orders with an order value of Rs. 500 and above.

Orders that have been confirmed will be dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours. They will be delivered to you within 4-7 working days of being dispatched.

During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.

The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s geographical location, shipping destination, product availability, and the delivery time and location of the courier partner. order with an order value of 499 or below are subject to Rs. 19 delivery fee.

Delivery times are estimated and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. If your order contains one or more defective goods, please file a single complaint since the return/replacement will be handled only once.

Customers should avoid accepting altered or damaged packages.
Domestic customers are responsible for any Duty charged by your state government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.

We shall strive to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation. We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Open Label Nutrition is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors that cannot be controlled by us.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons beyond the control of Open Label Nutrition, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, we shall keep you informed of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by complete refund.

Cancellations

All cancellations will be done after a 10% deduction as transactional fees. For cancellations post dispatch, kindly refuse the order when the delivery attempt is made. Once our delivery partner updates the shipment status as “RTO (Return to origin) initiated”, we will cancel your order and initiate the refund.

Refunds will reflect in the same account from which payment was made within 5 to 7 business days.
